How we collect and use data
Email marketing: what we use data for
Genius PR & Events uses data to send out marketing emails once or at most twice a month about Genius PR & Events branded and promoted events. Genius PR & Events does not hand over or sell data to third parties for marketing or other purposes, including but not limited to when we provide services for other events that are not promoted by Genius PR & Events.
Opting out from the mailing list
Users can permanently opt out from future campaigns by using the unsubscribe link deliberately positioned on all marketing emails from Genius PR & Events. Genius PR & Events will also promptly comply with a user request to remove their personal details [or those of a known associate] from our mailing list, if contacted separately. Removal from future campaigns means customer details are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved by Genius PR & Events for any reason. Accidental unsubscribes can be corrected if the user resubmits clearly written consent and such a request is made direct to Genius PR & Events. In such specific circumstances Genius PR & Events may keep a separate record of the request.
