Wookey Hole’s purpose built Theatre is the ideal venue for showcases, conferences, presentations, award ceremonies and workshops. The space is split across two levels, meaning it can accommodate smaller audiences in the lower tier and larger audiences over the higher levels.

Regal Theatre, Minehead
The Regal Theatre Minehead stands at the hub of the community and is maintained by the MATA Regal Theatre Company Ltd as a centre for good quality live performance and theatre. The Regal is a community theatre featuring professional and community productions, run by volunteers for the benefit and enjoyment of all members of the community.

As well as booking all types of entertainment into the CICCIC it is also the Home of Stand Up For Cider! Stand Up For Cider was established in 2014 and is a comedy competition for comedians from all across the UK to take part in as long as they are not full time comics and do not have an agent. We are inundated with applications to take part each year and are able to choose the very best for the audience to enjoy. Each show also includes a Pro MC and top quality UK Circuit Headline Act! The Guildhall is a Grade II* Listed Building in the centre of Chard that dates back to 1837 and was formerly the Corn Exchange. It is situated on the site of former municipal buildings and a market from the late 18th century.
